The Converse Home, a private, non-profit, residential care home, has been providing housing and services to seniors since 1886. A recent expansion and renovation project has allowed us to offer state-of-the-art accommodations while maintaining our historic charm and the home-like atmosphere for which we are well known. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at 272 Church Street, the original section of the building, built in 1799, is one of the oldest structures in Burlington.

With fifty-one residential care apartments and a specially-designed Alzheimer’s community and programs for those with memory impairment our expansion was designed to meet the changing needs of those we serve.
